You all know that we are trying to make it through this home office makeover. When you DIY through makeovers and try and stick to a tight budget, they can take a lot longer than a makeover you hire out. I am rescuing pieces that I can use in the home office and making them over to fit the style and needs for the room. This office cabinet makeover is one of those projects. I wrote all about this fun makeover over at HomeRight. This cast-off piece turned into a show-stopper with the use of their 7″ Flat Stainer! This office cabinet looks brand new! Head here to see the makeover.
Like I said, this makeover is taking a little longer than a makeover where you head to a store and pick everything out. We have, however, been able to complete a lot so far.
One of the first projects I was excited to tackle for the office was the Farmhouse Office Sign. Signs can be so expensive, but I DIY mine to make it exactly what I needed. See the sign that made the home office official.
I knew I wanted to paint the office white, but choosing the right white paint color can be daunting. I have learned so much through many paint mistakes over the years and love the white paint I picked for the office.
Numbers are so fun to decorate with and I made some DIY bookends for the bookshelves in the office. This project is another one of my “DIY in 30” projects that took no time and not a lot of money to make! See how easy it was to transform these wood numbers.
