Cancellation Policy – The Creative Squad Membership

Cancellations should be requested the month prior to the end of your subscription. If you subscribed to a yearly membership and it auto renews in July, we ask that you wait to contact us, until June. 

If you subscribe monthly, we ask that the cancellation request be made at least 36 hours prior to the auto renewal date. We do not work on weekends or holidays, therefore we cannot guarantee a cancellation if we receive less than 36 hours of notification.

(Cancellation) requests made via [lindsay@mycreativedays.com] will be tracked and honored based on the date and time emails are received.

If you need to update your card or change it, please contact [lindsay@mycreativedays.com]. Subject line: Update Billing Information. 

DO NOT SEND YOUR CARD INFO via email. 

We will reply to you with a secure checkout so you can edit your information. (Never share your card information via email or direct messaging to ensure your safety, we will never ask for a payment or ask you to verify your billing information outside of a secure billing platform such as Paypal, Stripe, or WordPress.
